MOTAP has two major goals that it wishes to address with every one of its exhibits:

• Give the public access to some of the highest quality collections of toys and other relevant pop culture items. We want even the most hardcore collectors out there to be able to walk in and have their eyes widen, jaws drop, and start drooling.

• Involve the local collecting community in the design and set up of each exhibit. Give them the chance to showcase some of their treasures that have probably never seen the light of day.
